Can home workouts and a sleep headband ease Parkinson's symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07498296
Summary
This study is testing whether a high-intensity exercise program can be safely done at home by people with Parkinson's disease, and whether a special headband can effectively track their sleep. Researchers want to see if these home-based tools are easy to use and acceptable to participants. The goal is to create more accessible ways to help manage Parkinson's symptoms from home.
