Can simple home exercises keep frail seniors strong and out of the hospital?

NCT ID NCT06820021

Summary

This study is testing a 20-week home exercise program designed for older adults who are at risk of losing strength and mobility after a hospital stay. Researchers want to see if a personalized, strength-based exercise routine done at home can help improve physical function and quality of life. The program uses video calls and is compared against just receiving general physical activity advice.
