Summary
This study tests a virtual, at-home exercise program for adults with Fontan heart physiology, a condition where the heart has a single pumping chamber. The goal is to see if the program can reduce frailty and improve exercise capacity. About 53 participants will use a telemedicine-based program to overcome barriers like distance or cost. The study also looks at effects on liver health linked to Fontan disease.
