Phone-Guided home workouts tested to help severe COVID survivors rebuild strength

NCT ID NCT05778344

Summary

This study tested whether a home exercise program guided by regular video or phone calls could help people recovering from severe COVID-19. It involved 20 survivors and compared those who received remote coaching every 1-2 weeks to those who received usual care. The goal was to see if the guided program improved how far people could walk, their muscle strength, and their overall quality of life.
