First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether a home-based exercise program, supported by video or phone calls, could help 20 severe COVID-19 survivors improve their walking, strength, and quality of life. Participants in the program received regular check-ins from a therapist, while the usual care group did not. The goal was to see if remote support could make recovery easier and more effective.
