Can home workouts ease Parkinson's symptoms? new study tests remote coaching
NCT ID NCT06603012
Summary
This study is testing whether a 16-week home exercise program, guided by a coach over video calls, can help people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty participants who are not currently very active will be randomly assigned to either do aerobic and strength exercises or a stretching program. Researchers want to see if the exercise program improves daily activity levels, thinking skills, mood, fatigue, and overall quality of life.
