Home workouts fight frailty in seniors after hospital stay
NCT ID NCT06191276
Summary
This pilot study tested a home exercise program designed to help older adults who are starting to feel frail. The goal was to prevent the loss of strength and independence that often happens after a hospital stay. Researchers worked with 40 participants to see if personalized, strength-based exercises done at home could improve their physical function and quality of life.
