Can a phone app and ear pressure beat cancer fatigue?
NCT ID NCT03576274
Summary
This study tested a 12-week home exercise program guided by a smartphone app to help cancer survivors manage fatigue. Researchers also explored if adding simple techniques like applying pressure to specific points on the ear or a brief daily mindfulness exercise could boost the benefits. The goal was to see if these combined approaches could feasibly reduce fatigue and improve physical function and well-being.
