NCT ID NCT07271082
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured, 90-day home exercise program helps people recover better after a recent stroke. Researchers will compare the walking ability, daily function, and mood of 208 participants who either follow the guided exercise plan or just get general advice to stay active. The goal is to see if personalized home exercise is a safe and effective way to improve recovery.
