This study looked at whether sending healthy meals to the homes of low-income, Black pregnant women could improve their diet and help them gain a healthy amount of weight. Seventeen women with overweight or obesity took part. Researchers measured changes in diet quality, food security, and weight gain to see if this approach is practical and helpful.
