Summary

This study tested whether a two-week home program combining gentle brain stimulation (tDCS) with mindfulness meditation could help older adults better manage knee osteoarthritis pain. It involved 208 participants with significant knee pain. The goal was to see if this combination could reduce pain intensity and improve daily movement and stiffness.
