Can your phone help control your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07397260
Summary
This study is testing whether sending patients automated advice about their home blood pressure readings helps control high blood pressure better than just tracking numbers manually. It will involve over 1,300 adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure who are patients at Northwestern Medicine. Researchers will compare blood pressure levels after one year between groups receiving automated feedback versus standard care.
