New app aims to ease lung cancer treatment side effects at home

Summary

This study tests a smartphone program (WeChat mini-program) designed to help lung cancer patients on combination drug therapy track and manage symptoms at home. 60 participants will either use the app plus usual care or receive usual care alone for about 4 months. The goal is to see if the app reduces symptom burden and improves quality of life.
