Summary
This study checks if people can use a home kit to measure levels of urolithin A in their blood after taking Mitopure. About 250 healthy adults aged 18 to 80 will collect blood samples at home and send them for analysis. The goal is to see how reliable the kit is and if it can be used for future health tracking.
