Summary
This study is testing whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to a standard chemotherapy regimen (called GVD) is safe and effective for adults with Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or did not respond to first treatment. The goal is to control the cancer and see if this combination helps more patients achieve a complete response and stay cancer-free longer. Researchers will track how well the treatment works and monitor for any side effects.
