Summary

This completed trial tested a personalized version of Cognitive Rehabilitation and Exposure/Sorting Therapy (CREST) for veterans with hoarding disorder. The therapy was delivered at home via telemedicine and home visits over 24 sessions. Researchers compared it to standard case management in 60 veterans to see if it improved daily functioning, hoarding symptoms, and quality of life.
