New hope for tough lymphoma: experimental combo targets relapsed patients

Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug HMPL-760 to standard chemotherapy (R-GemOx) helps people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) live longer without their cancer getting worse. About 240 adults who have already tried other treatments will be randomly assigned to get either the new combo or a placebo plus chemo. The goal is to see if the new combination delays disease progression and is safe.
