New pill plus chemo aims to tackle tough lymphoma

Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests whether adding an experimental pill (HMPL-760) to standard chemotherapy (R-GemOx) helps people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). About 240 adults will be randomly assigned to get either the new drug or a placebo, plus chemo. The main goal is to see if the combo delays cancer growth or improves survival.
