First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, glofitamab and selinexor, in 30 adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have already tried at least two other treatments. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete response (cancer disappearance) and how safe the combination is. Participants receive glofitamab intravenously and selinexor orally over 12 cycles.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
glofitamab and selinexor
What this could lead to
If successful, this combination could offer a new treatment option for patients with hard-to-treat DLBCL who have run out of standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early observational study (30 people) with no control group, so results may not be conclusive. Side effects like cytokine release syndrome are a known risk.
