NCT ID NCT07038382

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new drug (HLX79) combined with an existing antibody treatment (rituximab) for people with active kidney inflammation called glomerulonephritis. About 24 adults with membranous nephropathy or lupus-related kidney disease will receive either the new drug or a placebo, plus rituximab. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the disease.
