First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called HLX79, given together with rituximab, for people with active kidney inflammation (glomerulonephritis) from membranous nephropathy or lupus. About 24 adults will receive either HLX79 or a placebo, plus rituximab, to see if the combination is safe and helps control the disease. The goal is to manage symptoms and reduce kidney damage, not to cure the condition.
