First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called HLX43, an antibody-drug conjugate that targets PD-L1, in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants also receive another immunotherapy drug, serplulimab (HLX10). The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if tumors shrink. About 367 people will take part.
