Summary

This study tests a new drug called HLX13, which is a biosimilar (a very similar copy) of the approved immunotherapy YERVOY, in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial will compare HLX13 to the original YERVOY, both given alongside another immunotherapy (nivolumab). About 246 participants will receive either HLX13 or YERVOY to see if the biosimilar works just as well and has similar safety.
