Summary
This study aims to check how well a specific diagnostic scoring system works for identifying a dangerous immune system overreaction called HLH in critically ill patients with liver problems. Researchers will look back at the medical records of 100 adults who were treated in a French intensive care unit. The goal is to see if this scoring system is accurate for these very sick patients and to find the best markers for diagnosis.
