NCT ID NCT06796686

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a new two-part HIV vaccine is safe and can trigger the immune system to produce special antibodies that may fight HIV. About 42 healthy adults without HIV will receive the vaccine and be monitored for side effects and immune responses over a year. The goal is to see if the vaccine can train the body to make broadly neutralizing antibodies, which are key to preventing HIV infection.
