First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether three new HIV vaccines are safe for healthy adults aged 18 to 49. Two vaccines are given as nasal sprays and one as a booster shot. Researchers will also check if the vaccines help the body fight HIV and if the viruses used in the vaccines can spread to others. Household and intimate contacts of participants are included to monitor any spread.
