New HIV 'Kick and Kill' strategy aims for Drug-Free control

Summary
This study is testing a multi-part strategy to help the immune system control HIV without daily antiviral pills. It combines a vaccine, an immune-stimulating drug, and two lab-made antibodies. The goal is to see if this approach can keep HIV levels low when participants temporarily stop their regular medication.
