Summary
This study tests a program that combines peer support and text messages to help young men and transgender women (ages 15-29) living with HIV in Nigeria stick to their treatment and lower their virus levels. Participants will receive guidance from a peer navigator and health tips via phone for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication adherence and viral suppression.
