Summary
This study tests a program that combines peer support and text messages to help HIV-positive young men who have sex with men and transgender women (ages 15-29) in Nigeria stick with their HIV treatment and lower their virus levels. About 100 participants will receive the program for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication adherence and viral suppression.
