Summary

This study tested a combination of mobile health tools and peer support to help 541 adolescents with HIV in Nigeria stick to their antiretroviral therapy and achieve viral suppression. Participants were already on HIV medication for at least 3 months. The approach aimed to improve treatment outcomes by providing extra support through phones and trained peers. The study measured viral load suppression at 24 and 48 weeks.
