First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests two remote programs—peer support groups and strengths-based case management—to help rural adults aged 50+ with HIV stick to their medications and improve quality of life. Researchers will enroll 352 participants across 17 Southern U.S. states. The goal is to see if these programs increase viral suppression and reduce depression.
