Summary
This study aims to understand how HIV affects different parts of the body by comparing virus levels in blood versus lymph nodes and bone marrow. Researchers will enroll 400 people, including those with and without HIV, and collect blood and lymph node tissue samples. The goal is to learn how HIV damages the immune system and hides in tissues, which could inform future treatments.
