Summary
This study tests whether making HIV and STI testing and PrEP navigation a routine, opt-out part of primary care increases their use. About 700 adults aged 18-45 at health centers in Mississippi will take part. Researchers will compare a standard-care period to an integrated-care period to see if the new approach boosts testing and PrEP discussions.
