Can simple texts and videos get more people to retest for HIV?
NCT ID NCT06785103
Summary
This study tested 11 different low-cost text and video messages to see which ones best encourage adults at higher risk for HIV to get tested again. It involved 98 people in rural Kenya and Uganda. The goal was to find effective ways to promote regular testing, which helps find new infections early for better health and to prevent spreading the virus.
