Summary
This study tests several low-cost, easy-to-use strategies to encourage people at higher risk for HIV to get retested. Researchers will enroll 40,000 adults in Kenya and Uganda who have access to a mobile phone. The goal is to see which approaches work best to increase repeat HIV testing within 3 to 6 months.
