Summary
This study is testing a systems improvement strategy to better integrate HIV services into family planning clinics in Kenya. It aims to increase HIV counseling, testing, linkage to care, and access to prevention medication (PrEP), especially for adolescent girls and young women. The research will evaluate if this approach works when run by local public health staff and will analyze the costs to help plan for wider use.
