Summary
This large study aims to help more pregnant and postpartum women in Kenya start and stay on medication to prevent HIV. It tests a support program for health clinics, including training and quality improvement, to make offering this prevention a regular part of maternal care. The goal is to find the best ways to successfully deliver this important service to protect mothers' health.
