Summary

This study looked at new rapid HIV tests that give results during a single clinic visit. The goal was to see if these quick tests help more people start HIV treatment or prevention medicine right away. 224 adults at high risk for HIV in Baltimore took part. The results could help clinics choose the best tests to reduce HIV transmission.
