Summary
This study is testing a program that combines counseling and technology to help young sexual and gender minority people (ages 18-24) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, take their HIV medication consistently. The goal is to improve social support, confidence, and problem-solving skills to overcome barriers to adherence. The study will enroll 72 participants and measure how well the program works by tracking medication levels and clinic visits.
