Summary
This study aims to understand how the immune system responds in people with HIV, especially when treatment is started early. Researchers will collect white blood cells from up to 750 HIV-positive adults who are not yet on medication, using a special blood filtering process. The goal is to learn how different immune cells work, which may help improve future treatments, but this study itself does not test a new therapy.
