Summary

This study compares heart transplants from HIV-positive and HIV-negative donors in 50 HIV-positive patients with advanced heart failure. The goal is to see if using HIV-positive donor hearts is as safe and effective. Participants receive whichever donor heart becomes available first, and researchers track survival, graft function, and serious side effects for three years.
