Summary
This study is investigating whether problems with the vagus nerve contribute to gut issues and inflammation in people living with HIV. Researchers will test if a medication called pyridostigmine or gentle nerve stimulation can help. The goal is to find new ways to manage these common complications and improve long-term health.
