Summary

This study is testing a new tool called PATH that helps doctors check for age-related health problems in people with HIV who are 50 or older. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and helpful for both patients and doctors. About 60 participants from two HIV clinics will take part, and the study will gather feedback through interviews and tracking how many people join and stay in the study.
