Could winning prizes help people with HIV get back to work?
NCT ID NCT03959826
Summary
This study is testing whether adding prize incentives to standard job-search help makes it easier for people living with HIV to find employment. It involves 144 unemployed adults with HIV who want to work. One group gets standard support, while another gets the same support plus chances to win weekly prizes for completing job-search tasks, to see if this leads to faster and more frequent employment.
