Summary
This study is testing different support strategies to help teenagers and young adults with HIV in Kenya stay engaged with their medical care and keep their virus under control. It will enroll 880 participants aged 14-24. The research compares methods like text message reminders, in-person peer support, and small cash rewards to see which works best to prevent lapses in care and help people get back on track if they do miss appointments.
