Summary
This study tests ways to help 880 adolescents and young adults with HIV in Kenya stay engaged in their care. Participants first get either standard care or electronic navigation. If they miss a visit, they are reassigned to standard care, peer support, or cash incentives. The goal is to find the most effective and affordable approach to keep teens healthy and suppress the virus.
