Summary

This study aims to improve HIV outpatient care by routinely asking patients about their mental health, symptoms, and quality of life using a questionnaire called POSITIVE OUTCOMES. Researchers will work with 5 clinics in the UK and US to see how best to use this tool and help doctors respond to patients' needs. About 17,000 adults with HIV will take part. The goal is to create a national guide for making HIV care more patient-centered.
