NCT ID NCT05819411
Summary
This study tested a new support program for people living with HIV who also use drugs like opioids or stimulants. The program combined a phone app for medication reminders with therapy sessions focused on managing emotions and communication. Researchers wanted to see if this approach was practical and acceptable for helping participants take their HIV medication consistently and reduce risky drug use behaviors.
