This study looks at how to help people in Zimbabwe who have both cancer and HIV stay engaged in their HIV care while they are being treated for cancer. Researchers will first observe 150 patients to understand the barriers, then develop and test strategies to overcome them with another 150 patients. The goal is to make it easier for patients to keep up with their HIV medication and appointments during cancer treatment.
