Summary

This study is for sexual and gender minority young people (ages 18-24) living with HIV in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It tests a program that combines counseling and technology to help them take their antiretroviral therapy (ART) regularly. The goal is to improve social support, confidence, and problem-solving skills to overcome barriers to medication adherence. The study will measure how feasible and acceptable the program is, and whether it improves medication taking and viral suppression.
