Summary
This study is testing a virtual counseling program called MATTER. It aims to help people living with both HIV and a drug addiction by addressing feelings of shame and stigma that can make it hard to stay in medical care. The program teaches coping skills and provides resource support, with the goal of helping participants better manage their HIV and achieve an undetectable viral load.
