Summary
This study is testing whether placing pacemaker wires in a specific area of the heart's natural electrical system can improve heart rhythm and function. It involves 80 adults with heart failure or very slow heart rates who are already scheduled to get a pacemaker. Researchers will take extra heart rhythm measurements during the implant procedure to see if this new placement method helps the heart beat more normally.
